Optimum Prime is an independent publication launched in March 2022 by Mitch Fountain. Subscriptions take two forms. A free weekly newsletter with commentary on shopping strategies, food storage organization, "finds" on the Internet, usually a recipe that matches the best deal in the flyers and some observations on what I am reading and watching.

There is a paid subscription level ($1 per week) where every Thursday morning, you will receive a curated list which takes advantage my shopping strategies, combined with the best deals in the weekly flyers while considering matching Optimum offers. This strategy saves you from pouring through the flyers and can double or triple the benefits received from shopping at Loblaws bannered stores while using the Optimum Program. Your subscription dollars will be invested in toys for the cutest dog in world (who has no toys) and cigars for me. Thank you!
