Feigned Outrage

It's really the reason that I started writing these newsletters. Every time I saw some snowflake shouting about food prices, it bothered me that they don't do the slightest thing (things that were second nature a generation ago) to reduce their grocery bill. They bleat, they take picture, they call of blood. Ya, he resigned. This particular fine specimen of watermelon hood was planted in tilled soil far far away. Watered, fertilized, lugged out of field, placed fairly gently in a gaylord (not hyphenated), loaded on a truck and driven 4344 kilometers. I think it's a steal at $16.99 ... in January? Lucky there is no carbon tax in the US eh?

I'm off to the great white north to enjoy that time honored Fountain tradition of have SWMBO kick my ass with a fishing rod in her hands. First there would appear to be some preparation required. Sigh. It should only take about two days to get them out of there.
