Merry Christmas!

Early in 2025, my new site will be online. Access will fall into two groups. The basic subscription is what you have been seeing every week. What I do and how I do it along with related and unrelated content that I hope you find interesting. The second level of access will generate a curated list of your weekly shopping opportunities based on my weekly research. For new members, that service will be a buck a week. For you, my faithful guinea pigs, it will remain free, but you will need to sign up to get it. Early in the new year, you will get site coordinates and subscription instructions. Again, this will cost you no money! In the meantime, have a holly jolly time with your family and friends. We will talk in the New Year.

Shoppers

To the task at hand. Shopper has lots of stuff going on this week. A reasonable flyer but it is in the offer department where they are trying to get your Christmas dollars. They have a large redemption event, $400 off for 250,000 points. I might break tradition and get a bunch of non-perishables along with anything Christmas related in food items (eggs, bread, milk, cheese, frozen goods) that you can get a Shoppers. You are getting it for free. They also have some pretty great deals if you are shopping for Nintendo gear, a nice expresso machine or Beats Gen 4 headphones. They are all based on the point plus cash arrangement. Like a cherry on top, there is a get 20K in points for spending $60, so starting Friday, I would find a reason to head over that way.

Back at Zehr’s Clementines are on sale but they looked sketchy at my store? It is a Christmas tradition in our house , so get em if you can. Turkeys are on sale. Imagine my surprise! You can get a bare bird for $1.67 a pound or a pre-stuffed cook from frozen Butterball for $1.87. You know what I would do. Here’s your list:
